Three Card Solutions installs signage, cabling, foundations and kiosks for multi-site operators. Enquiries arrived in any shape, and with sites sometimes several states away, a slightly wrong job order could sink the visit.

A 50% deposit books your build slot. The balance and the first three months of service are due at launch. After that, the service runs month to month, with 30 days’ notice to stop. Hosting, your domain and paid software are billed to you directly by the providers, and the costs are confirmed in your written scope. Need something outside these packages? The Lux Method
A one-week design sprint for one specific problem. You take a Lux Score reading on Monday and the same reading again on Friday, so you can see what changed.

A baseline reading, a rating for each of six lenses, a sprint goal and the one number that will show whether it worked.
Tuesday
Rapid focus
Concepts explored from several points of view, and three wireframed flows.
Wednesday
Light and decide
One decision, a storyboard and a test script. The scope is frozen.

Rapid build
A working build on a preview link, checked before you see it.

Re-read and test
Five tests with people outside your team, the same reading again, and a call: build, iterate or stop.

What is the difference between Studio and Local?
Studio is for organisations with complex products: enterprise product design, design contracting and design strategy, scoped to the problem. Local is for small businesses that need a complete website setup at a fixed price, from three set packages; anything outside them is scoped through Studio. Both start and end with a reading.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. LUXD is based in the UK and works remotely, wherever you are.
